The casing with a tender bite and high flexibility

This edible casing combines all the advantages of natural gut and collagen casing: Cutisin Fine has an excellent sheen and transparency and can be naturally curved like a “real” natural casing, without any of the associated peocessing problems – thanks to Cutisine Fine`s remarkable construction and calibre consistency. The result: high production speeds with reduced manpower – on all semi-automatic and fully automatic stuffing machines. By fine-tuning the smoke programme you can influence the end produst`s “bite” with great precision. A wide range of “bite” and eating characteristic is possible. Cutisin Fine collagen casings are available in fill calibres 17 to 31 mm and variety of shirred lengths. Depending on the application, you can choose between open or closed end strands of casings.

  • Ready for stuffing – no soaking time required
  • Stuff to recommended diameter (see table bellow)
  • After production, sausage showering with cold water is recommended
