Hog casings

Hog casings are used for fresh, cooked, dried or smoked sausages. They are sold in "bundles" or "hanks" whose measure is approximately 92 meters, or in plastic containers with 10 meters of casings. There are many types of hog casings which are different shapes and calibers.These differences allow diversity of shapes, colors, scents and flavors of dried meat products.

Natural hog casing are the traditional product used in the production of meat specialties for centuries. This product has remained unchanged in appearance, composition and function.

Sheep casings

Sheep Casings are the highest quality small diameter casings used for the finest in sausages such as: frankfurters, hot dogs, barbecue sausages, etc. These casings combine tenderness with sufficient strength to withstand the filling, cooking and smoking operations. Color varies according to country of origin; color ranges from white to gray, but this variation does not indicate quality, strength, capability of smoke penetration, etc.

They are sold in "bundles" or "hanks" whose measure is approximately 92 meters. We also offer a tubing services of sheep casing (on the foil or tubes).

Beef casings

Beef casings are used for stuffing sausage products, durable and semi-durable salami. There are different types of beef casings: beef bung caps, beef rounds and beef middles.
